Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using QZify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use QZify.

These Terms apply to qzify.com, the QZify mobile applications for iOS and Android, and the quizzes, accounts, challenges, purchases, social features, and other services made available through them.

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can consent to online services where you live, you may use QZify only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use and any permitted purchases.

Supported quizzes and challenges may be played without signing in. Playing as a guest does not create a registered QZify member or sign-in account.

A mobile guest profile, including its nickname, photo or avatar, preferences, rewards, and progress, is stored on the device. A website guest uses a server-side guest session and gameplay profile so QZify can operate quizzes, challenges, balances, and progress across requests; the browser stores an opaque guest-session token used to retrieve it. A website guest profile has no email, password, Apple sign-in, or Google sign-in credentials.

A member account is created only when you explicitly sign up or connect an account. When you create one, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under the account. Usernames, nicknames, avatars, and other public profile content must not impersonate others, violate rights, or contain abusive or unlawful material.

Mobile guest progress can be lost if app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Clearing website cookies or browser storage can remove your browser’s guest-session token and prevent access to the website guest profile. If QZify offers an option to carry eligible guest progress into a member account, that transfer occurs only after you choose to create or connect the account.

You may connect supported Apple or Google sign-in methods. Your use of those services is also governed by the provider’s terms, and you are responsible for maintaining at least one valid way to access your QZify account.

Our Privacy Policy explains QZify data practices. The mobile app may request device permissions, such as camera access for a profile photo, only when relevant to a feature. You can deny or revoke a permission in device settings, but the related feature may not work.

You must not use QZify to collect, expose, or misuse another person’s personal information. Public profile and gameplay details may be visible to other players as described in the Privacy Policy.

Quiz questions and results are provided for entertainment and general learning. We work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, score, leaderboard position, or category is complete, current, or error-free. QZify must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, academic, or other professional decisions.

Scores, timers, matchmaking, leaderboard positions, and rewards may be recalculated, corrected, withheld, or removed when needed to fix an error, address abuse, or protect fair play.

Coins, experience points, levels, achievements, streaks, power-ups, and similar items are virtual features used only within QZify. They have no cash value, are not currency or property, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold or transferred unless QZify expressly provides that feature.

Guests may receive provisional virtual coins or rewards so they can play without a purchase. Mobile guest balances remain part of the local guest profile; website guest balances remain part of the server-side website guest profile. If you explicitly create or connect a member account, QZify may offer to carry over eligible website guest progress. We may adjust virtual balances or rewards to correct errors, maintain game balance, prevent fraud, or reflect changes to the service.

Virtual currency purchased through an authorized in-app purchase does not expire solely because time has passed. Access can still be affected by a refund or chargeback, correction of an erroneous grant, account deletion, a Terms violation, or discontinuation of QZify where permitted by applicable law and store rules.

Mobile purchases are offered through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, as applicable. The product, billing period, price, currency, and any trial or introductory terms shown by the applicable store at confirmation control the transaction. QZify does not collect your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Consumable items are credited only after a valid store transaction is verified. Eligible non-consumable items and subscriptions may be restored using the store account and QZify account associated with the purchase. You must not manipulate receipts, purchase tokens, refunds, regional pricing, or restoration systems.

A subscription, if offered, renews automatically for the period and price shown by the store unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google account before renewal. Deleting QZify or deleting your QZify account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under the applicable App Store or Google Play rules. Except where applicable law or store policy provides otherwise, completed purchases are final and virtual items are not redeemable for cash.

Challenges are entertainment features. Any stake shown in a challenge consists only of QZify virtual coins and is not a cash wager, deposit, investment, or promise of a prize with monetary value.

You must not cheat, automate answers, exploit defects, manipulate scores, create deceptive accounts, harass other players, or interfere with another person’s use of QZify. We may cancel affected matches, reverse virtual rewards, restrict features, or suspend access when fair-play rules are violated.

Apple and Google do not sponsor, administer, or endorse QZify challenges and are not responsible for their operation or outcome.

You may not use QZify for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; misuse another person’s information; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

QZify and its licensors retain all rights in the QZify software, visual design, branding, question presentation, and original content, which are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use QZify for its intended purpose.

The mobile app is licensed, not sold. Your license is limited to devices you own or control and is subject to the usage rules of the store from which you obtained the app. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from QZify except where applicable law expressly permits it.

If you obtained QZify through the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable Media Services terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply. If you obtained QZify through Google Play, the applicable Google Play terms also apply. Those platform terms govern where they must control.

These Terms are between you and QZify. Apple and Google are not responsible for operating or supporting QZify, investigating product claims, or providing maintenance, except for obligations they have under their own terms or applicable law.

QZify may link to or depend on third-party services. Availability and use of those services can be subject to separate provider terms and privacy policies, and QZify is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

QZify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or end, and access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, third-party services, defects, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, reset affected gameplay data, or take other reasonable action if you breach these Terms, create risk for QZify or its users, or if required by law. You may stop using QZify at any time.

You may request permanent account deletion using the deletion option provided through QZify. Your account is disabled immediately and held in recovery for 30 days. During that period, you can open the Recover account page, enter the email address used for your account, and verify the six-digit code sent to that email. Recovery is unavailable after the deadline. A scheduled process then permanently deletes associated progress, virtual items, social connections, and account data, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transaction-record retention. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. It does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription or create a right to a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QZify is provided without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QZify and its licensors, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress, virtual items, opportunities, profits, or goodwill arising from QZify or your inability to use it. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and any mandatory rights you have where you live, disputes relating to these Terms or QZify will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update these Terms as the website, mobile apps, store requirements, or applicable laws change. Revised Terms will be posted at this same URL with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide an additional notice through QZify. Continuing to use QZify after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
