Starting a quiz
Choose Play, create or resume a guest player, select a category and arcade level, then continue to the timed round. If a level is locked, check the entry amount against the wallet balance shown in the interface.
Guest and member access
Guest play is available without first creating a member account. Sign in or create an account when you want supported profile details and progress connected to that account.
Coins or power-ups
The wallet and Play interface show current balances and availability. See the public coins and power-ups guides for plain-language descriptions.
Incorrect public content
Open Contact, choose Bug Report, then Questions. Copy the exact question, describe what is wrong, and include a reliable supporting source when possible.
Recovering a deleted account
Only registered QZify accounts can be recovered; guest players do not have a registered account and cannot use account recovery. A deletion request disables a registered account immediately, but it can be recovered during the 30-day recovery period. Open Recover account, enter the same email address used for the account, request the six-digit code sent to that email, and enter the code to restore access. Recovery is no longer available after the deadline because the account and its associated data are permanently deleted.
